Camp Info
At Peacekeeper Park Adventure Camp we have three programs. Two of which are for campers - the Explorers Program and Leaders in Training (LIT) Program. We also have a volunteer program for those who are looking for an exciting and rewarding opportunity in helping our campers enjoy their camp experience to the fullest!
Explorers
Our Explorer Program focuses on fostering friendships, the development of confidence, and self-advocacy. We use wilderness adventures and team-building exercises to help our campers grow. This program is designed as a stepping stone for some campers and a home for others. This is where the camper's journey with us begins.
Leaders in Training (LIT)
Our Leaders in Training Program has been designed to help inspire our campers to not just advocate for themselves but to push them to lead others as well. They will be given opportunities to help other campers and they will be given the opportunity to really learn what it means to be a leader and how they can use these skills in everyday life. Learning these skills is integrated into an extremely comprehensive wilderness and adventure training program. We have also included some life skills development into this program so that they are not just leading others they are better understanding their amazing abilities.
Volunteers
Our volunteers are an incredibly important part of camp life. We are always looking for people that are driven and passionate about helping others and have infinite patience. It is their primary roll to enrich the lives of our campers and help ensure the physical and emotional safety of everyone around them.
