We are so excited for your interest in registering to attend Peacekeeper Park Adventure Camp this summer!
CAMPER APPLICATION

PLEASE NOTE:
You are able to complete the registration package in 2 ways:

1 - Hardcopy: by printing the package and handwriting all fields. To do this, click on "Register" above. Then click "FILE" and "PRINT".

2 - Electronically: by typing all fields. To do this, click "Register" above. Then click "FILE" and "SAVE AS". You are able to save the package to your computer and type in all fields. You may also complete the package by clicking "Register" above. Then type in all necessary fields. Once completed, click "FILE" and "PRINT".
*Please print and physically sign the package once completed.

You are able to scan and email a copy to peacekeeperparkadventurecamp@gmail.com.
You may also mail a copy to P.O. BOX 380 Belmont, ON N0L 1B0.
